Classic Hawaiian Barbecue! We flattened and split the chicken before it is marinated in pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger and garlic then grilled and cooked sous vide. Comes with our own Hawaiian BBQ sauce, sweetened with pineapple. Aloha!


Heating Instructions

Recommended Finishing Steps

  • Heat the chicken following the Heating Instructions link above. Once it has been heated, remove it from the pouch, saving the pouch juices to drizzle over top if desired.
  • Place chicken skin-side up on a baking sheet, slather with BBQ Sauce and place under the broiler or place chicken directly onto hot BBQ for 2-4 minutes to crisp up the skin and caramelize the sauce.
