-
A pumice stone aids in removing dead skin cells and can treat hard calluses, reducing friction and pain. Adding a pumice stone to your skin care routine can improve cracked heels by removing the layers of hard skin, cleaning, and prepping your heels for a moisturizing treatment.
-
- Soak your skin in warm water for at least 5 minutes to help soften it.
-
Add your pumice stone to the water. A wet pumice stone will glide across your skin easier. We recommend never using a dry pumice stone on your skin.
-
Rub the pumice stone over your skin in a circular motion with light pressure, massaging for two or three minutes. If your skin begins to feel sensitive or sore, stop immediately.
-
Continue rubbing the pumice stone on your skin until you’ve removed the dead skin and revealed softer skin underneath.
-
Rinse your skin and your pumice stone for every session to keep the surface clean.
-
This process can be repeated up to a few times a week to daily to maintain soft skin.
-
When you’re done, apply our foot balm or body oil to your skin to maintain moisture and keep your skin soft.

Stone Care
-
Set your stone in a dry area away from moisture to prevent bacteria growth after use. Allow it to air dry away from damp areas.
-
For deep cleaning, you can boil your pumice stone in hot water for five minutes.
-
Over time, your stone will wear down becoming too smooth to remain effective. At this time, it will need to be replaced
-
Stones range from natural black to coffee brown in colour
