This wine begins as a full-strength Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted using traditional winemaking practices. A gentle dealcoholization process preserves the wine’s varietal character, aroma and balance, while aging in real oak enhances texture and complexity. No artificial aromas are added.

The nose opens with aromas of cassis and blackberry. On the palate, expect dark fruit, subtle spice and soft oak, supported by silky tannins and bright acidity, leading to a smooth, composed finish.
