Description
Glimmer Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine (2023 Blanc de Blancs) delivers a refined, dealcoholized sparkling wine experience crafted for freshness, elegance, and aromatic expression. In the glass, it shows fine lemon and pale green hues, with a delicate mousse of small, uniform bubbles.
This vintage offers generous aromatic complexity, featuring notes of fresh green apple, orange blossom, peach, lavender, apricot, and muddled lemon. The palate presents a balanced mid-body, with the cooler vintage’s bright acidity keeping the finish fresh and vibrant.
Fermented in stainless steel with no oak aging, Glimmer maintains a crisp, clean style. It is de-alcoholized using a proprietary reverse osmosis system to preserve maximum aromatics and texture, and is bottled in Penticton, BC.
