This Christmas, Just Simcoe is teaming up with Santa and his elves once again to bring the magic of the North Pole to Simcoe County! We’ve placed North Pole Express Mailboxes at local businesses across the community to ensure every child’s holiday wish reaches Santa in time — and that they get a heartfelt reply from the Big Man himself!

Here’s how you can make the magic happen:

Step 1: Write the Letter

Help your child write their letter to Santa. Don’t forget to include:

🎁 Their full name (Santa needs to know exactly who to reply to!)
🎁 All the Christmas wishes and questions they want to share with Santa.

Step 2: Drop Off the Letter

Visit one of the North Pole Express Mailboxes listed below and drop off the letter. Mailboxes will be available from Thursday December 4th 2025

Step 3: Wait for Santa’s Reply!

You’ll receive a notification once Santa has written back. Simply revisit the North Pole Express Mailboxes where you dropped off the letter to pick up your child’s reply.
